• May not reflect current year conditions or microclimates
• Should be used as a starting point, not definitive guidance
• Are provided without warranty of accuracy or completeness

Limitation of Liability

PlantWise and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to:

• Plant misidentification
• Incorrect gardening advice
• Crop failures or plant deaths
• Allergic reactions or poisoning
• Loss of data stored locally in your browser

User Data

All data you create in PlantWise (plant identifications, bookmarks, history) is stored locally in your browser. You are responsible for backing up your data using the export feature if desired.
